The hotel was in a marvellous and stunning location so close to the River Mersey waterfront, the shops and Albert Docks and Crowne Plaza. The big room had all the necessary facilities, a balcony and a lounge area. The service was all in all brilliant.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, situated in a nice area just a short walk away from all the main attractions. The service provided was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who were always available to assist. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, a spacious sitting area, and a dining table. The free wi-fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. I also appreciated the free toiletries and the convenience of having a washing machine and cookware/kitchen utensils in the room.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
